We built BowTie around one idea: make everything by hand and cook it right. From hand-cut fries to slow-smoked spareribs, that commitment is on every plate.
Recipes Worth Carrying Forward
Some of our most beloved dishes trace back to Johnny Harris Restaurant, a Savannah legend with roots going back to 1924. The Batterless Fried Chicken — naturally gluten-free, crispy, and unlike anything else in town — is one of those recipes we're proud to keep alive.

Over 120 bottles line The Garage — bourbons, ryes, and single malts worth sitting with. We take whiskey as seriously as we take the smoker.
